CBT Children’s Therapy
Growing up comes with its share of challenges, and kids and teens often need support to navigate emotions, relationships, or school pressures. My CBT-based Children’s Therapy is tailored to help young clients build resilience, manage anxiety, and develop healthy coping skills in a fun, relatable way. Using evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques adapted for younger ages, we’ll work together to identify unhelpful thoughts or behaviors—like excessive worry or low self-esteem—and replace them with positive strategies. Whether your child is facing challenges at home, school, or socially, this approach fosters emotional growth and confidence.
In our sessions, I create a warm, engaging space where kids and teens feel safe to express themselves. Through activities like storytelling, games, or creative exercises, we explore practical tools such as emotional regulation and problem-solving, designed to fit their unique needs. For parents, I offer guidance to support your child’s progress outside sessions. Available in-person or online, my CBT Children’s Therapy is customized to your child’s developmental stage and personality, empowering them to thrive emotionally and socially.
