Hi, I’m Amanda, a clinical psychologist based in Lebanon. I’m passionate about helping people like you navigate life’s ups and downs with confidence and clarity.

I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), working with adults, teens, and kids to address things like anxiety, depression, emotional struggles, or relationship hurdles. My approach is grounded in science but delivered with empathy and understanding for who you are as a person.

I also offer couples therapy to help partners reconnect and communicate better, and I bring my background in sexual education to guide open, honest conversations about intimacy when it’s needed. Beyond one-on-one sessions, I lead workshops for schools, companies, and parents, sharing down-to-earth strategies for mental health and well-being.
